As the customer solutions engineer at VRAI, you will work with our BD, Sales and Product teams to maintain and develop customer relationships and generate new opportunities with the customer by ensuring successful delivery of our product, and providing a customer intimate pre and post-sales experience.
Your role will be to understand how various systems can be integrated.
You'll utilise your expertise in one or more of the following areas: data science, data engineering, data structures, or simulation architecture to identify opportunities where our product can seamlessly integrate with a customer's existing technology stack.By thinking strategically about these integrations, you'll help generate new business opportunities and grow our customer base. You will conduct product demonstrations to new and existing customers, demonstrating the latest technologies and features of the product.
The ideal candidate will excel at communicating the value of data, analytics, and performance metrics to both potential and current customers. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, nurturing close relationships with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical demonstrations of our data products for customers, understand customer needs and advise on how our products can help to solve their problems and add value.
Provide best practice advice to VRAI’s customers and potential customers around how to connect and work with VRAI’s products.
Analyse client requirements and propose tailored solutions architecture, workflows, and deliverables.
Generate “pull through” demand with the end users of our OEM/Prime customers by developing a deep understanding of their needs.
Work in a team environment and build relationships at executive, senior technical management and key contributor levels.
Support the execution of complex technical sales and partnership plans, which may involve imaginative business agreements to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications and Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Software Engineering, Sales, or an advanced degree in Business Management.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical customer-facing roles, sales, or business development within software or engineering services.
Proven experience working with leading Aerospace & Defense companies or related sectors, particularly in areas such as data, cloud technologies, or AI.
Preferred knowledge in the field of simulation/game engines such as Unity, Unreal, VBS etc.
